Mini flammkuchen with Vivera plant bacon

1 tbsp oil
1 pack of Vivera plant bacon
1 pack of (vegan) flammkuchen (pizza) dough
4 tbsp (plant-based) crème fraîche (e.g. oat fraîche)
4 tbsp grated (plant-based) cheese
4 tbsp fresh sauerkraut

You will also need:
Baking tray lined with baking paper

What to do

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Fry the Vivera plant bacon for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Pre-heat the fan oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough on a cutting board. Use a cookie cutter or sharp knife to make 10 mini flammkuchen from the dough. Arrange the flammkuchen on the baking paper. Brush each one with about 1 teaspoon of crème fraîche.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of cheese and add 1 teaspoon of sauerkraut. Top with some of the plant bacon.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat 4 minutes and turn regularly.
