Classic Plant Burger

2 burger buns

2 slices of (vegan) cheddar

1 tomato

1 red onion

4 lettuce leaves

6 slices of gherkin

(Vegan) sauce to taste (e.g. mayonnaise and ketchup)

Olive oil, salt and pepper.

The way to make it!

Briefly toast the burger buns in a dry frying pan. Next, heat two tablespoons of olive oil in the frying pan and fry the plant burgers for three minutes per side. After turning, place a slice of cheddar on each burger and allow to melt.

Slice the tomatoes and red onions.

Cut the buns in half and cover the bottom halves with the curly lettuce. Place the burgers on top and divide the tomatoes and red onions between the buns. Finish the burgers with the gherkins and your favourite sauce. We used vegan mayonnaise and ketchup. Finish with the top halves of the burger buns.

Plant Burger

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat minimum 6 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for minimum 7 minutes at 225°C.

Heat for minimum 6 minutes and turn regularly.
