Ingredients
500 ml ramen broth (vegetable or miso)
150 g ramen noodles
100 g pak choi, washed and chopped
100 g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
150 g Vivera Plant-Based Salmon Fillet
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
A small handful fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Optional: ½ fresh chili, sliced
1 tsp vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
Fry the plant-based “salmon-style” fillet with a marinade of a little sriracha and maple syrup.
To assemble the bowl, pour in the warm broth, add the cooked ramen noodles, vegetables, and the “salmon” alternative.
Finish with coriander and chili if you like, and serve immediately.
