Greek Kebab with Potato and Red Peppers

Ingredients
200 g Vivera Plant Greek Style Kebab
2 red onions
1 tbsp gyros seasoning
2 red peppers
400 g precooked potato wedges
1 tbsp oil
Preparation
Heat the oil in a pan, add the gyros, and fry for 5 minutes.
Chop the onions roughly and cut the red peppers into strips.
Add the onion, peppers, potato wedges and herbs.
Stir-fry this for about 15 minutes, and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve on plates.
