  • 6 slices white bread
  • 75 gram grated vegan cheese
  • 2 Vivera chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 knob of plant butter
  • ½ pack of Vivera bacon
  • 8 leaves of cabbage lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, in slices
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper

What to do

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the rolls on an oven rack and sprinkle 4 of the 6 slices with the cheese. Gratinate for 10 minutes in the hot oven.

Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts for 6 minutes until golden brown. After two minutes, add the bacon and fry on the side of the pan.

Cut the chicken into diagonal strips.

Divide the lettuce between the cheese sandwiches and place the chicken and bacon on top. Spread the tomato on top and finish with the mayonnaise.

Stack the sandwiches and finish with the slices without cheese. Insert two skewers into each sandwich and cut in half.

Plant Chicken Breast Style

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat 7 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat 6 minutes at 200°C.
