Beef strips Teriyaki

1 pack of Vivera plant Beef strips
200 grams of rice
2 red bell peppers cleaned and chopped
Broccoli florets from 1 straw broccoli
± 8 tablespoons teriyaki sauce or more to taste
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
Solar or peanut oil for frying.

What to do

Cook the rice according to the consumption on the package. Blanch the broccoli in salted water for 2 minutes and rinse with cold water. Then let it drain in a colander. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Heat a wok or frying pan on the stove. Add some oil and stir-fry the Vivera beef strips with the bell pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the broccoli and teriyaki sauce and stir well. Serve the rice with the teriyaki “beef” strips. Garnish with the sesame seeds.

(Tip against waste, also peel the stem of the broccoli and cut it into cubes. Then process just like the florets, cook and bake them)
