Plant-based spicy drumsticks with fresh noodle salad

1 pack of Vivera plant-based spicy drumsticks
150 g noodles
1 red pointed pepper, cut into strips
1 carrot, peeled and cut into julienne strips
1 lime
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1 handful of fresh coriander

Even better with some sliced spring onion!

What to do

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Rinse well and put in a bowl. Prepare the Vivera plant-based spicy drumsticks according to the instructions on the packaging. Add the sweet pepper and carrot to the bowl, and toss with the noodles.

Squeeze the lime, then mix the juice with the soya sauce and maple syrup into a dressing. Mix the dressing with the noodles. Serve the noodle salad with the Vivera plant-based spicy drumsticks, and garnish with the fresh coriander and possibly some spring onion.

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at low heat 10 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for 6 minutes at 200°C.
