Plant-Based Doner Kebab Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Vivera Plant-Based Doner Kebab
  • 2 large Lebanese flatbreads or wraps
  • Handful shredded lettuce
  • Pickled red onion (see below)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander)

Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp plant-based yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce or harissa
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Salt + pepper

Quick Pickled Red Onion (5 mins)

  • ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
  • Juice of ½ lemon or 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the red onion with the lemon and salt and let it sit while you cook — it softens and sharpens quickly.
  2. Cook the doner
     Pan-fry on medium-high heat for 5–6 mins until hot and slightly crispy.
  3. Mix the sauce
     Stir everything together until smooth.
  4. Warm the wraps
     Heat briefly until soft.
  5. Build
     Lettuce → pickled onion → doner → herbs → sauce.
  6. Wrap + finish
     Fold tight. Add more sauce than you think you need.
