Plant-based salmon packages with garlic butter on the BBQ

1 pack of Vivera plant-based salmon fillet
2 tbsp plant-based margarine, melted
1 clove of garlic, pressed
1 organic lemon, sliced
2 sprigs of fresh dill

Tip:
Delicious with chips!

Also needed:
Aluminium foil

What to do

Mix the melted margarine with the garlic, a pinch of salt and some fresh pepper. Arrange two pieces of aluminium foil, large enough to wrap the Vivera plant-based salmon fillets. Place lemon slices in the centre of each piece of foil. Place the plant-based salmon fillets on top of the lemon.

Then carefully pour the melted margarine over the plant-based salmon. Close the packages, and grill on the barbecue for about 8 minutes. Serve immediately, with chips according to preference.

Plant Salmon Fillet

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat 8 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for 7 minutes at 225°C.
