Sticky chicken pieces with noodles

1 pack of Vivera spicy chicken pieces
1 bell bell pepper
3 cm ginger
3 stalks spring onion
125 gr noodles
200 gr frozen broccoli florets
4 tbsp soy sauce manis
5 gr coriander (optional)
neutral oil, pepper and salt

What to do

Cut the bell bell pepper into strips, peel the ginger and chop it finely.
Then cut the green of 1 spring onion into thin rings and cut the rest into coarse pieces.

Cook the noodles according to the preparation instructions on the package.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok pan and stir-fry the wok strips for three minutes over high heat.
Add the bell bell pepper, ginger, broccoli and pieces of spring onion. Wok for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add the soy sauce and noodles.

Divide among plates and top with the chopped spring onion greens and cilantro for the sweetheart.

Serving tip:: Also delicious with cashews instead of cilantro
