Spicy Shawarma Wrap

  • 1 pack Vivera shawarma
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 150 ml vegan yoghurt
  • 4 Lebanese breads
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 red onions, in rings
  • 1 cabbage lettuce, leaves removed
  • 4 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper

What to do

Fry the shoarma in the oil in five to six minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Briefly warm the Lebanese bread in a dry frying pan or in the oven.

Stir the crushed garlic into the vegan yoghurt and season with a little salt.

Divide the lettuce, onion, tomato and shawarma over the Lebanese bread. Top with sauce as desired and roll up.
