Spicy plant-based drumsticks with cajun baked potatoes and green beans

1 pack of Vivera plant-based spicy drumsticks
1 tbsp oil + 1 tsp extra
400 g pre-cooked baby potatoes, halved
1 tsp cajun spice
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
300 g green beans, cleaned

What to do

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the halved baby potatoes, and fry until golden brown all over. Add the cajun seasoning, stir well in. Meanwhile, prepare the Vivera plant-based spicy drumsticks as indicated on the packaging. Heat the extra teaspoon of oil in another wok or frying pan, then fry the onion and garlic with a pinch of salt.

Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 5 to 10 minutes, until al dente. Divide the Vivera plant-based spicy drumsticks over two plates, and serve with the baked potatoes and green beans.

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at low heat 10 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for 6 minutes at 200°C.
