Snack board with drumsticks and colourful spring rolls
1 pack of Vivera plant drumsticks
2 rice sheets for spring rolls
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted in a dry frying pan
1 avocado, cut into strips
¼ cucumber, cut into strips
1 spring onion, cut into strips
30 g red cabbage, cut into thin strips
A sprig of coriander for garnish (optional)
What to do
Prepare the Vivera drumsticks in the oven or air fryer according to the instructions on the package.
Soak a rice sheet in hot water until soft. Place on a cutting board. Sprinkle half of the sesame seeds in the middle. Place half of the avocado on top, followed by the rest of the vegetables. Fold the sheet on both sides and roll into a colourful spring roll. Repeat for the other spring roll.
Serve the spring rolls with the Vivera drumsticks on a snack board. Delicious with some tomatoes, cucumber and nuts.
Serving tip:: Make a simple dip for the spring rolls from 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce) and 1 teaspoon of sambal oelek (chilli paste).
