Shawarma spicy rice dish

Vivera

150 g white rice

1 onion

1 garlic clove

2 red peppers

2 tbsp oil

200 g Vivera shoarma

200 g tomato cubes

1 tsp Italian herbs

The way to make it!

Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.

Chop the onion, crush the garlic, clean the red pepper and cut into cubes. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the shawarma and stir-fry on high heat for 6 minutes. Add the red pepper and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Drain the rice. Add the tomato cubes, rice and Italian herbs.

Season with salt and pepper if desired, and serve on plates.

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat minimum6 minutes and turn regularly.

Minimum 2 minutes at 850W.

Minimum 6 minutes on aluminium foil.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for minimum minutes at 225¬C
