Plant Spinach fillet with green bean salad and feta

  • 1 pack of Vivera plant spinach fillet
  • 300 g seasoned potato wedges
  • 200 gr Green beans
  • 150 gr tomatoes
  • 75 g (vegan) feta
  • 10 g Basil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette

What to do

Bake the spinach fillets in a preheated oven for at least 7 minutes at 225°C, or heat in the air fryer for at least 9 minutes at 200°C.

Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes, stirring, for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and done.

Bring a pan with plenty of water and a pinch of salt to the boil. Clean the green beans, halve them and blanch them for 6 minutes until al dente. Halve the cherry tomatoes, crumble the feta into small pieces and pick the basil leaves from the stems.

Mix with the green beans, tomatoes, feta and basil with the balsamic vinaigrette.

Season the salad with salt and pepper.

Serve the spinach fillets with the salad and seasoned potatoes.

Serving tip:: Delicious with some coarsely chopped olives in the salad!

Plant Spinach Fillet

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat 6 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for 6 minutes at 200°C.

Heat in the airfryer for 8 minutes at 200°C.
