Greek Kebab Wraps

1 bell pepper

1 red onion

2 Lebanese flatbreads

50 grams lettuce

25 grams greek olives, sliced

1/2 packet (vegan) feta (Greek white block)

(Vegan) garlic sauce or (vegan) tzatziki

salt, pepper and olive oil

The way to make it!

Cut the red onions into thin rings and cut the bell peppers into strips.

Heat the Lebanese breads in a dry frying pan, or in the oven on low heat, until soft and supple.

Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan and fry the Greek Kebab strips with the bell pepper for 4 minutes until hot and cooked through.

Spread the garlic sauce on the flatbreads. Top them with the lamb’s lettuce. Spoon the Greek Kebab and bell pepper on the centre of the flatbreads and top with the Greek olives and vegan Feta. Drizzle with extra garlic sauce and roll up to make a wrap.

Tip: Make your own vegan garlic sauce by mixing vegan mayonnaise and yoghurt with finely chopped garlic, chives and parsley.

Greek Style Kebab

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat minimum 4 minutes and turn regularly.

Minimum 5 minutes on aluminium foil.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for minimum 4 minutes at 225°C.
