Texmex protein tortilla’s

Ingredients
1 pack of Texmex protein
250 g tomato, diced
1 bunch of coriander, coarsely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 lime
2 large or 4 small tortillas
300 g Mexican bean mix
4 tbsp guacamole
Olive oil, salt and black pepper
Preparation
Heat the Texmex protein patties according to the instructions on the package.
Mix the tomato with coriander and onion to make a salsa. Season the salsa with salt, pepper, the zest of half a lime, and some lime juice.
Heat a frying pan on the stove, lightly warm the tortillas, and distribute them on the plates.
Put the Mexican bean mix in the pan and heat briefly.
Distribute the guacamole, bean mix, protein patties, and salsa over the tortillas.
Place the remaining lime on the side and serve immediately.

Heat oil in a pan. Pan fry at medium heat for at least 4 minutes. Turn regularly.
