Preparation
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Transfer to a colander. Rinse the noodles with cold water.
Heat the Vivera Thai protein bites according to the instructions on the packet
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the garlic in it with a pinch of salt. Add the string beans, fry for 2 minutes and then also add the pepper. Fry for another 2 minutes.
Add lime juice and soy sauce to the pan, as well as the noodles. Stir through.
Divide the noodles between two bowls, as well as the Vivera Thai protein bites.
Serve with some more soy sauce, if desired, and garnish with coriander for preference.
