Tomato pepper orzo with Green protein bites

Ingredients
150 g orzo
1 tsp oil
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
400 g diced tomatoes (1 tin)
1 jar of roasted peppers, drained, coarsely chopped
1 pack of Green protein bites
Handful of basil, to garnish
Preparation
Cook the orzo according to the instructions on the packet.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion in it with a pinch of salt. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Add the diced tomatoes and the roasted paprika. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Meanwhile, heat the Vivera Green protein bites according to the instructions on the packet.
Puree the tomato pepper sauce with a hand blender or in the blender until smooth. Mix the orzo with the sauce.
Divide the orzo and the Vivera Green protein bites between two plates and garnish with the basil.
