Ingredients

  • 1 pack Thai protein bites
  • 150 g white rice
  • 200 g cooked edamame beans
  • 120 g diced mango
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 lime
  • Sriracha mayonnaise and soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat the protein bites according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Then cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and season the hot rice with half the spring onion, grater of half a lime, a dash of soy sauce and lime juice.
  3. Divide the rice among the plates, followed by the edamame beans, mango, remaining spring onion, red pepper and protein wings.
  4. Serve the bowls with sriracha mayonnaise, lime wedges and extra soy sauce for the sweet tooth.

    Heat oil in a pan. Pan fry at medium heat for at least 4 minutes. Turn regularly.
    Heat in a pre-heated oven for at least 5 minutes at 225 °C.
    Heat in a pre-heated airfryer for at least 4 minutes at 200 °C.
