In a large bowl, mix the sliced red onion, cauliflower florets, drained chickpeas and potato wedges with the vegetable oil, ground cumin, ground turmeric, paprika, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Make sure everything is well coated with the spices. Spread the spiced vegetables and potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Stir halfway through.
Test if the potatoes are almost done by poking a potato slice with a fork, then after 25-30 minutes increase the oven temperature to 225 degrees Celsius.
Remove the baking tray from the oven and place the Vivera Green Protein Bites on top of the roasted vegetables and potatoes.
Bake everything together for another 5-8 minutes.
Remove the traybake from the oven and stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped dill for a fresh touch and serve!
