Heat a griddle pan. Brush the plant steaks and a halved tomato with a little oil then add to the hot pan.
Cook for 8-9 mins turning the steaks over once. Remove the tomatoes after 4 mins.
For Chimichurri sauce, in a bowl mix together: 2 tbsp each of chopped parsley and coriander, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1/2 chopped red chilli, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar and season well. Serve the steak, tomatoes and sauce with (sweet)potato fries a few salad leaves.
