Greek Style Lemon and Oregano Marinated Kebab with Homemade Flatbreads by Veganadreas

1 medium potato
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and Pepper
100g plain flour
60ml water
6 inches cucumber
1 garlic clove
½ tbsp dried mint
¼ tbsp dried dill
1 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pack of Greek Style Kebab
1 tsp oregano
What to do
For the Fries
Peel and slice your potato into fries
Add them to a baking tray
Season with a sprinkle of smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt and pepper
Bake for 20 minutes
For the Wrap
Add 100 g of plain flour to a mixing bowl
Add 60 ml of boiling water
Mix until the dough combines
If a little wet, add a little more flour until it forms a perfect ball in your hand without sticking
Roll out your wrap with a rolling pin
Heat up a dry frying pan and add the wrap, turning over as the wrap begins to bubble (Approx 60 seconds).
For the Tzatziki
Add 3 tablespoons of soy yoghurt to a bowl
Grate 6 inches of cucumber and squeeze to remove excess water
Add the cucumber to the bowl along with 1 chopped garlic clove, half a tablespoon of dried mint, a quarter teaspoon of dried dill, a squirt of lemon, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
For the Kebab meat
Add the Vivera Greek Style Kebab to a frying pan with a little oil
Add a squirt of lemon and sprinkle of oregano
Cook for 5-6 minutes until crispy
Chop some cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion and some pickled red cabbage, and assemble your wrap as shown.
