1. Eligibility

– This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
– Employees of Vivera, The Hideaways Cabin, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
– Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. How to Enter

– To enter, participants must complete the official online entry form.
– Entry into the competition is completed by following both @vivera_uk and @thehideaways.co.uk
– The giveaway opens on 18 June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 22 June 2025.
– Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Prizes

– Main Prize: A two-night weekday stay (Monday–Thursday) at The Hideaways Cabin in Devon. The stay must be booked in advance and is subject to availability. Travel and other expenses are not included.
– Additional Prizes: Vivera product bundles (contents may vary; no cash alternative).
– Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

– Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
– The prize draw will take place on 23 June 2025.
– Winners will be notified via email or social media within 10 working days of the draw.
– If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant.

5. Publicity

– By entering, participants agree that their name and/or image may be used by Vivera for reasonable promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise in writing.

– Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
– Participants who opt in to receive updates from The Hideaways Cabin may be contacted with future offers and news.

7. General

– Vivera reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
– Vivera’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
