Prepare the Vivera drumsticks in the oven or air fryer according to the instructions on the package.
In the meantime, heat some oil in a wok and fry the onion, garlic and sambal for 2 minutes. Add the rice, and fry for another few minutes. Add the vegetables, soy sauce and ketjap manis. Fry for about 8 more minutes.
Serve the fried rice with the drumsticks.
Serving tip:: Delicious with some pickles, cucumber and chilli sauce.
Heat oil in the pan. Fry at low heat 10 minutes and turn regularly.
