Greek Kebab with Potato and Red Peppers

200 g Vivera Plant Greek Style Kebab

2 red onions

1 tbsp gyros seasoning

2 red peppers

400 g precooked  potato wedges

1 tbsp oil

Heat the oil in a pan, add the gyros, and fry for 5 minutes.

Chop the onions roughly and cut the red peppers into strips. Add the onion, peppers, potato wedges and herbs. Stir-fry this for about 15 minutes, and season with salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve on plates.

Greek Style Kebab

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat 4 minutes and turn regularly.
