Drumsticks with fried rice

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Vivera plant drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek (chilli paste)
  • 150 g rice, boiled and cooled
  • 400 g stir-fry vegetables (bag, ready-to-serve)
  • 1 tbsp ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
Preparation
  1. Prepare the Vivera drumsticks in the oven or air fryer according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, heat some oil in a wok and fry the onion, garlic and sambal for 2 minutes. Add the rice, and fry for another few minutes. Add the vegetables, soy sauce and ketjap manis. Fry for about 8 more minutes.
  3. Serve the fried rice with the drumsticks.

Serving tip:: Delicious with some pickles, cucumber and chilli sauce.
