Eligibility & Entry
– The Vivera Kebab Countdown Prize Draw is open to all legal residents of the UK who are aged 18 years or over. It is not open to employees of Vivera, or families, agents or any other third party or person professionally connected with the promotion.
– Consumers may enter one time per pack of Shawarma Kebab purchased. The more Shawarma you buy, the more chances you get to win.
– Vivera is not responsible for entries delayed due to technical problems, nor any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during entry into the prize draw.
– In entering the prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.
Prizes
– The competition closes at midnight (UTC+00:00) on June 30th, 2021, after which there will be a prize draw.
– There is no cash alternative offered to the gift card prizes awarded and the prize cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended.
– Vivera reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the case of unavailability of any or all the items.
– This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any of the brands being offered as prizes. You are providing your information to Vivera only.
Winners
– The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.
– All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, but if a winner does not receive the email message or fails to respond to the email notification message within 1 working day, he or she will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made from the remaining eligible entries to select a new winner.
– Vivera reserves the right to use and feature the name of the prize draw winners for any promotional activities or marketing communications following the competition, without any compensation to the winners.
