Tacos with Chicken Goujons BBQ Style

Vivera BBQ chicken goujons

2 tacos

sliced iceberg lettuce

2 tomatoes

1 avocado

5 tbsp unsweetened soya yogurt or vegan crème fraîche

1 lemon

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp oil

What to do

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, the avocado into strips, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Make a fresh sauce of the yoghurt or crème fraiche with lemon juice, crushed garlic and fresh pepper.

Heat the tacos according to the instructions on the packaging. Fry the BBQ chicken goujons in the oil for X minutes until brown and crispy, then cut them into pieces.

Fill the tacos with some iceberg lettuce, pieces of tomato, strips of avocado and the pieces of chicken on top, and finish with a good scoop of the sauce.

Plant Chicken Goujons BBQ

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat minimum 6 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for minimum 6 minutes at 225°C.
