Shakshuka With Plant Meatballs

200 g Vivera meatballs

1 onion

1 tbsp oil

2 red peppers

600 g canned tomatoes

2 tsp paprika powder

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin

50 g vegan feta

10 g parsley

4 large pita breads

The way to make it!

Heat 1 tbsp oil, and fry the meatballs for 5 minutes. Halve the onions and cut into thin rings. Cut the red pepper into strips.

Add the onion paprika, and fry for 5 minutes. Add the tomato cubes, cumin, chili powder and paprika, bring to the boil, and reduce heat to low. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, heat the pita bread in the toaster according to the instructions on the package. Crumble the feta over the shakshuka and garnish with parsley.

Serve the shakshuka with the pitas.

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat minimum 7 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in the microwave for minimum 3 minutes at 850W.

Pierce a skewer and heat for minimum 7 minutes and turn regularly.
