Plant Nuggets Southern Fried BBQ Style

300 grams twister fries

1 head of baby Romaine lettuce

2 small vine tomatoes

½ cucumber

2 tbsp (vegan) salad dressing

Olive oil, salt and pepper.

The way to make it!

Prepare the twister fries according to the packet instructions.

Remove the lettuce leaves and wash them. Cut into thin strips. Cut the vine tomatoes into wedges and the cucumber into half slices.

Mix the cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes with the dressing.

Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the nuggets for two to three minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Serve the nuggets with the BBQ sauce, the twister fries and the salad.

Tip: These nuggets are also delicious with fresh coleslaw.

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat minimum 5 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for minimum 5 minutes at 225°C.
