No Beef strips Teriyaki

1 pack of Vivera No Beef strips
100 gr rice
1 tsp sunflower oil
1 red bell bell pepper, strips
broccoli florets
4 tsp Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds
salt and pepper

What to do

Cook the rice according to package directions. Blanch the broccoli in salt water for 2 minutes and rinse cold. Then drain in a colander. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until golden brown.

Heat a wok or skillet on the stove. Add some oil and stir-fry the Vivera No Beef strips with the bell bell pepper until nicely browned, 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the broccoli and Teriyaki sauce and stir well again. Serve the rice with the No Beef strips Teriyaki. Garnish with the sesame seeds.

(Tip against waste, also peel the stalk of the broccoli and dice it. Then process in the same way as the florets, cook and fry them with it)
