Plant-Based Chicken Pieces With Rice Vermicelli and Paksoi

1 Shanghai paksoi

1 red onion

1 clove garlic

125 g rice vermicelli

75 g carrot, julienned

2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

Sunflower oil, salt and pepper

The way to make it!

Cut the Shanghai pak choi into strips and the red onion into half rings. Finely chop the garlic.

Prepare the rice vermicelli according to the packet instructions.

Heat two tablespoons of sunflower oil in a wok. Fry the onion and garlic for one minute and add the Vivera plant chicken pieces. Fry for four minutes until golden brown. First add the thicker stems of the pak choi and stir for a minute. Then add the leaves, along with the Hoisin sauce. Mix everything well.

Spoon the vermicelli into bowls and top with the julienned carrot. Spoon the Plant chicken pieces and the pak choi on the noodles.

Tip: delicious with roughly chopped cashew nuts.

Plant Chicken Pieces

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat minimum 4 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for minimum 4 minutes at 225°C.

Heat in the microwave for minimum 3 minutes at 850W.

Heat in an aluminum container or aluminum foil for minimum 4 minutes.
