Mexican Street Tacos

8 tacos
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3 colored bell peppers, sliced
1 red onion, in strips
1 pack of Vivera TexMex strips
½ small red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 lemon
1 avocado
100 g cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper
What to do
Prepare the tacos, if necessary, according to package instructions.
Heat the sunflower oil in a large frying pan. Fry the vegetables on high heat for five minutes. Remove them from the pan and fry the Vivera TexMex strips for five minutes until done.
Mix the red cabbage with some salt and half of the lemon juice. Mash the avocado with the other half of hot lemon juice, stir in the tomato.
Serve the tacos with guacamole, red cabbage and sautéed vegetables. Finally, divide the TexMex strips.
