Lincolnshire Plant Bangers with White Beans in Tomato Sauce
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tsp spicy paprika powder
1 tin (200 g) of diced tomatoes
1 tin (200 g) of white beans in tomato sauce
200 g sliced endive
1 pack of Lincolnshire sausages
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Chop the onion and garlic.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausages on all sides for five minutes until brown and done. Remove them from the pan and keep warm.
Then fry the onion and garlic in the same pan until soft for two minutes. Add the paprika and fry for a minute.
Add the tomato cubes and the white beans in tomato sauce and heat for 10 minutes. Add the endive in the last five minutes and let it sink. Serve the white beans with the sausages.
