Drumsticks with coleslaw and french fries

400 g French fries

½ pointed cabbage cut into thin strips

½ red cabbage cut into thin strips

1 tbsp vegan or traditional mayonnaise

1 tbsp vegan or traditional yoghurt

1 tsp mustard

5 g fresh parsley

Olive oil, salt and pepper

What to do

Prepare the drumsticks according to the instructions on the package.

Prepare the French fries according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the pointed cabbage and red cabbage with the mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard, season with black pepper and salt, then garnish with fresh parsley.

Optional addition: mix a chopped apple or some raisins through the coleslaw for extra flavour

Serve the drumsticks with the French fries and coleslaw. Chilli sauce goes really well with the drumsticks.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for 6 minutes at 200°C.
