Chicken Goujons BBQ Style with Oven Fries

300 grams oven fries

¼ red cabbage

¼ white cabbage

50 grams julienned carrot

2 tablespoons (vegan) mayonnaise

5 grams parsley

1 corn cob

Olive oil, salt and pepper

What to do

Prepare the oven fries according to the packet instructions.

Finely shred the red cabbage and white cabbage. Mix with the julienned carrot with two tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise. Chop the parsley and toss through.

Cut the corn cobs into smaller pieces and cook them in salted water for 10 minutes.

Fry the Plant Chicken Goujons for six minutes until crispy.

Serve the Goujons with the fries, coleslaw and corn.

 

Serving tip:: Brush the corn with some plant butter and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and paprika powder.

Plant Chicken Goujons BBQ

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat minimum 6 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for minimum 6 minutes at 225°C.
