Chicken Burger

5 grams tarragon

1 shallot

4 tbsp (vegan) mayonnaise

1 head of baby Romaine lettuce

2 tomatoes

2 burger buns

Olive oil, salt and pepper.

The way to make it!

Finely chop the tarragon and shallot. Mix with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.

Remove the leaves from the baby Romaine and slice the tomatoes.

Halve the burger buns and toast them in a dry frying pan.

Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the Vivera Plant Chicken Burgers for three to four minutes per side until crispy and brown.

Spread four sandwich halves with some lettuce leaves, top with a chicken burger, followed by the tarragon mayonnaise and tomatoes. put another layer of bread on top and repeat the lettuce, burger, sauce and tomato. Finish with the tops of the buns.

Plant Chicken Burger

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat minimum 7 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for minimum 6 minutes at 225°C.
